Mary Albert, Activity Coordinator

Mary Albert joined our staff in March 2008 as Activity Coordinator for the East Wing. Her duties include planning and implementing daily activities and supplemental supervision of East staff.

Mary was a physical therapy rehab aide for 5 years at Cumberland Hospital in New Kent County. She worked with children and adolescents with physical, cognitive and behavioral issues. She was also an instructor at Cumberland Landing Therapeutic Riding Center, using the horse as another modality. She also brings 13 years of creative experience as an artist/illustrator, 7 years in the advertising dept. at Thalhimer's Department Store.

At home, Mary balances her family time with her work as an artist for Chesapeake Bay Christmas Co. and as an Avon Representative.
