OUR ORGANIZATION
Circle Center Adult Day Services is a private, non-profit, community-based program that provides care for older adults who are frail and impaired and their caregivers. Services and activities are structured to improve the participant's physical, cognitive, and mental capabilities. The caregiver, knowing their loved one is safe and supervised, gets respite and time for other responsibilities.
As one of the first 100 adult daycare centers in the nation, Circle Center has served older adults and their families since 1976. The Center is:
- A partner agency of United Way Services.
- Sponsored by congregations of the Stuart Circle Parish, an ecumenical association of Fan District churches.
- Licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services.
- A certified adult day healthcare provider for the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services.
Circle Center is located at 4900 West Marshall Street in a 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility designed for the comfort of participants and staff. The Center is conveniently located in the West End near Willow Lawn (one block north of Broad Street and just west of Staples Mill Road).
