Our Vision: We envision a future where older adults and their families have the freedom to live together with purpose and dignity in a supportive community.

Our Mission: To provide high quality, cost-effective services for frail and impaired older adults and their caregivers, and to advance community care options for older adults.

Our Values: The Center has prospered as a resource for older adults and their caregivers by planning and delivering services with:

• Concern for the essential and unique humanity of each participant.
• Belief in the potential for older people to grow even in the face of disability.
• Belief in the importance of meaningful activity and relationships to quality of life.
• A holistic and positive view of the participant, including abilities and needs.
• Belief in each participant’s potential for self-directedness and a level of independence.
